As someone who lives and works in Israel for part of the year for well over a decade, here’s the most common struggle that most people have when it comes to Israel. Most fall into 1 of 2 views.

Many people who desire to know the Lord Jesus and His teachings spend the majority of their time in the New Testament, where His life is recorded, but Jesus often pointed to the Law of Moses as the key to knowing Him. If we miss the first several chapters of a good novel, the rest of the story becomes clouded and confusing. Although we may piece together events and follow the general theme, the real reasons for specific actions and events are unknown — the same holds true with the Bible.

It was Jill’s first time in Israel, a trip that she had waited a lifetime to make. After a few days, she kept unintentionally repeating a phrase that became the running joke of our small group- “It just feels like home!”

Regardless of the world’s religious or personal beliefs, the fact is that Jerusalem is the only city on earth that had its revival foretold by ancient prophets 2600+ years ago.

One of the most damaging beliefs within mainstream Christianity is Replacement Theology (the false belief that God has replaced Israel with the Church) and how it directly distorts the Scripture's meaning and intention, more specifically the prophetic books.

Israel is the unchallenged worldwide leader in water technology. Currently, Israel produces over 40% of its national water demands from 4 desalination plants that transform sea water into fresh drinking water. This percentage increases every year with 70% output projected by 2050.

I travel a lot and enjoy it. Strange or even unfathomable to some, I find big airport terminals sort of invigorating, containing multiple possibilities of new places and experiences. In the first year of book promotion for Israel Rising, I was regularly throughout the US, coast to coast.
